Lab Technician (Healthcare) Position Success Criteria

• Perform preparation and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Operate cannabis extraction equipment safely.
• Able to produce commercial quantities of product.

• Closed loop extraction
• Simple distillation
• Short path distillation
• Wiped film distillation
• Fractional distillation
• Solventless cannabis extraction
• Ethanol extraction
• Work in hazardous environments and conditions

• Butane, propane, ethanol, pentane, isopropyl alcohol, critically hot material, cryogenic material.

• Preparing equipment and plant materials for extraction
• Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment
• Processing concentrates and extracts
• Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility
• Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory
• Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment
• Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware
• Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word record keeping

• Attend and add value to team meetings
• Participate in strategic discussions about company, direction, execution, etc.
• Engage in honest, innovative, problem solving dialogue
