Job Title: Production Operator - Denver

• Make equipment adjustments to ensure proper specifications are met.
• Perform quality checks and record results.
• Change settings on equipment during changeovers.
• Record all production numbers into MDIS system.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

• Work in a manufacturing setting safely and follow plant safety rules.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping.
• Computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Read and complete documented inspection procedures.
• Follow instructions on printed work orders.
• Use Microsoft Outlook for work‑related e‑mail.
• Learn to operate plant equipment and use hand tools.
• Trouble‑shoot minor issues within a process.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers.
• Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Cooperate with co‑workers in safety, quality, production/maintenance.
• Learn procedures and retain information continuously.
• Use online tools to monitor product specifications.
• Make machine and process adjustments to ensure product compliance.
• Hold forklift certification or be able to acquire it.
• Work rotating or multiple shifts.
