Job Title: Production Operator - Denver
Role and Responsibilities- Make equipment adjustments to ensure proper specifications are met.
- Perform quality checks and record results.
- Change settings on equipment during changeovers.
- Record all production numbers into MDIS system.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Work in a manufacturing setting safely and follow plant safety rules.
- Maintain high standards for housekeeping.
- Computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Read and complete documented inspection procedures.
- Follow instructions on printed work orders.
- Use Microsoft Outlook for work‑related e‑mail.
- Learn to operate plant equipment and use hand tools.
- Trouble‑shoot minor issues within a process.
- Communicate effectively with co‑workers.
- Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards.
- Cooperate with co‑workers in safety, quality, production/maintenance.
- Learn procedures and retain information continuously.
- Use online tools to monitor product specifications.
- Make machine and process adjustments to ensure product compliance.
- Hold forklift certification or be able to acquire it.
- Work rotating or multiple shifts.
