Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st & 3rd Shift at Caterpillar Inc.

• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
• Be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists where available; note that not all positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and needs for repairs.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as business demand changes.
• Use required PPE and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to perform tasks (reasonable accommodations available):
• Frequently lift 1 - 29 pounds; infrequently lift 30 - 50 pounds; stand and walk on concrete/anti-fatigue mats; stoop, kneel, and squat frequently.

• Time Management:
  Reliable, on-time attendance; ability to meet performance goals.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to work in temperatures that vary by season; ability to work overtime when required; willingness to learn processes in multiple areas.
• Collaborative:
  Ability to promote teamwork and help others learn and meet shared goals.
• Thoroughness:
  Ability to perform quality checks, follow verbal and written instructions, and conduct basic clerical tasks with attention to accuracy.

• Pay: $20.60 / hour
• Additional $1/hour shift bonus for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Overtime opportunities at 1.5x pay
• Twice-yearly raises based on performance
• Up to 12% bonus per quarter based on performance

Monday – Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm

3rd shift:
Sunday – Friday 11:30pm to 7:30am
