• Intermediate understanding of PLCs, ability to access programs for troubleshooting (no programming required)
• Troubleshoot and repair minor pneumatic and hydraulic problems
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical pumps, motors, heaters, piping systems, water systems, and steam systems
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on general manufacturing equipment such as starters, start/stop stations, motors (up to 480 V)
• Experience with programmable firmware, AC and DC electrical systems, analog and digital display units
• Test performance of robotic assemblies and evaluate efficiency and reliability, including reprogramming and calibrating to reach optimum quality
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
• Perform work at heights using fall protection gear and lift or move objects up to 75 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Flexible on duties and schedule
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals; write basic reports and work orders

• Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical focus
• 2+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls
• 2+ years of experience with electrical and electronic principles, and industrial electronics
• 2+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance
• Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field
