Pipe Shop Supervisor

Job description

A leading manufacturer supporting the energy sector has secured a major AI data center construction contract and is scaling rapidly. We’re seeking two experienced Pipe Shop Foremen
—one for day shift
, one for night shift
—to lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-output pipe fabrication environment.

• Supervise and coordinate skilled trades in a modern fabrication shop

• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

• Interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders

• Adjust work sequences and direct shop floor activity

• Support a culture of performance, training, and accountability

• 5+ years of fabrication or industrial welding experience (spool welding, Mig, Tig, FCAW (flux core arc welding))

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong blueprint reading and scheduling skills

• High-volume or mass production welding background preferred

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
