ScopeThe primary responsibilities of a Production Operator include: setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment.
2nd shift schedule of 3 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon‑Fri.
The work location for this position is 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, Colorado.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdherence to production time‑sensitive disciplines
Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters
Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics
Read blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents and engineering notes to take individual/specific action to produce precisely designed products
Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines
Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirements
Work closely with others in a team environment
Demonstrate a strong, customer‑focused culture
Operate with a true sense of urgency
Exact adherence to process requirements

Essential Knowledge and SkillsGood mathematical skills.
Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
Use measuring tools such as pin‑gauges and calipers.
Read and understand blueprints.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to produce high quality product under pressure.
Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours, lift up to 30–50 lbs., and work in noisy environment.
Able to read and interpret travelers and oral and written work instructions in English.
Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements.
High school diploma or GED.
No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.
Previous machining or CNC experience.
Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General…
