Press Brake Operator

Pride Staff is actively searching for a 3rd shift Press Brake Operator for a client in Denver. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and client need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate Amada and Mitsubishi press brakes to bend sheet metal.
• Read prints, diagrams, and CAD/CAM files to select tooling and adjust machine settings.
• Partner with QC on First Article Inspections and correct defects promptly.
• Perform routine machine maintenance per operating manuals.
• Complete fabrication logs, travelers, and work order documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Technical school certificate preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience operating Amada press brakes or similar equipment.
• Ability to read prints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
• Strong shop math skills and measurement knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and team communication skills.
