Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete (typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM) Position Type:

Position Overview We are seeking dependable

Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on production role in a manufacturing environment.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

This isnota warehouse‑only position.

• Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors
• Assemble doors on a production line while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Machine doors for hardware installation using production equipment
• Prepare and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus
• General knowledge of building materials
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Experience using tape measures and other basic hand‑held measuring tools
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast‑paced production environment throughout the shift
