Tempur Sealy is seeking a Unit Build assembler to work in two-person teams assembling encased coil spring mattresses and hybrid toppers. You will move components, glue foam, and stage finished units for dispatch on the first shift.
The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional collaboration with other departments may occur in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
