As a Pallet Repairman and Saw Shop Operator, you will:

• Repair Pallets: Inspect, dismantle, and rebuild wooden pallets to meet quality standards.
• Operate Saw Shop Equipment: Safely run and monitor saws and related machinery to cut and prepare materials.
• Material Handling: Load and unload pallets and lumber, keeping workflow efficient.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.

• Reliable & Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift.
• Team Player: Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in pallet repair, saw operation, or production is a plus but not required.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM.
