Job Description
- Employment Type: Contract (09/14/2026 - 01/11/2027) with extension/perm potential
- Travel: None
Shifts & Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Flexibility Note: Days are being finalized; weekend work (at least one day) and holiday availability are required.
Core Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience.
- Methodology: 1+ year working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn operational software.
- Preferred Traits: Experience managing unionized teams, continuous improvement, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing tasks to hit safety, quality, and delivery goals.
- Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term plant action plans.
- Team Care: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Optimization: Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives via Lean principles.
