Threshold Giving is looking for outgoing, confident and passionate activists to join our fundraising team in Denver!

Hours:

Full Time – Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am–6pm (Part time is minimum 3 days weekly)

Pay: $25 an hour plus uncapped bonuses

Threshold Giving works with incredible non‑profits such as The International Rescue Committee, The Nature Conservancy and other amazing clients to generate vital funds needed to save lives, empower people and create a more equitable sustainable world!

We’re looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren’t afraid to strike up a conversation, express their values and inspire members of their community to make a real and lasting change!

Work with your team on different streets in the city, engaging in inspiring conversations with members of the public, motivating them to become a supporter of the non‑profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each conversation has both an immediate and long‑term impact on the issues that matter most.

• Experience in performing arts, canvassing, sales, restaurant and hospitality, activism, public speaking is especially suited to fundraising.
• Recent graduates looking for an entry‑level non‑profit position are encouraged to apply.
• Available to work full time, including weekends, outdoors or at large events.
• Must be aged 18 years or over and willing to travel to various locations in Denver.
• Interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, environment or non‑profit organizations.

• Full time hours – Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am‑6pm (Part time is 3 days over same period).
• Base pay of $20 per hour during training and $25 after quota plus uncapped weekly bonuses.
• Paid time off.
• Paid training and ongoing opportunities for development.
• Progression plan – ability to move into Trainer, Team Lead and Management positions.
• Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance.

• Ability to work 5 full days per week – 10:00am‑6pm.
• Available to work full time.
• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Happy to work outside.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations in Denver and work outdoors and/or at large events.
