Program Officer

The Program Officer reports to the Senior Program Officer and is responsible for reviewing grant applications, making funding recommendations to the Board of Trustees, and working with assigned grantees to evaluate their work and support them in their grant activities. The program officer will demonstrate a strong understanding of the mission and vision of Next Fifty Initiative and be able to express that clearly to grantees and the interested public.

The program officer will cultivate potential grantees in the community and field of aging.

The individual filling this role will be a key member of the Foundation's program staff. They will contribute to idea generation and strategic thinking that strengthens the Foundation’s various funding initiatives by ensuring efficient, equitable, and effective processes that align with the mission and vision of Next Fifty Initiative.

The salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
