Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery Position – HCA HealthONE
Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 - $55.25 per hour. In addition, RN’s with Labor & Delivery experience may receive a $20,000 sign‑on bonus, and RN’s with 1+ year of acute care experience may receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. New higher pay rates also apply for this position.

Joining a high‑risk labor and delivery unit offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on mothers and babies, providing expert care in critical and complex situations. It is a fast‑paced environment where you work with a skilled team, offering comfort and support during life‑changing moments. The Obstetric RN oversees ante‑partum, intra‑partum, and post‑partum care, including low‑risk labor and deliveries, cesarean sections, IUFTs, cerclages, BBTL, and high‑risk ante‑partum and surgical patients such as placenta accreta spectrum.
The unit collaborates closely with a Level IV NICU and provides 24‑hour OB and anesthesia coverage. Clinical duties include charting in Meditech (eMAR & order entry) and maintaining standards of patient care.
- Phillips fetal monitors, EKG monitors, central lines, Baxter IV fluid pumps.
- CPN for nursing charting, Meditech (eMAR & order entry).

- Licensure:
Current R.N. license in Colorado or an active multi‑state license; BLS Healthcare Provider; NRP within 3 months of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire; fetal monitoring course within 1 year. - Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. - Experience:
One year in acute care preferred; women’s, critical care or prior L&D experience preferred. - Special
Qualifications:
Effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and other health‑care team members; ability to lead a team and work collaboratively; strong critical‑thinking skills.
