Inpatient Surgery Registered Nurse (RN)
Hourly wage estimate: $36.50 – $53.25 per hour.
We are offering increased pay rates for Registered Nurses and up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
About the UnitInpatient Surgery is a fast‑paced acute care department treating a wide variety of surgical patients, with a specialized focus on orthopedics, complex spine and bariatric surgeries. The unit offers a lighter weekend requirement, a welcoming staff culture, and nursing leadership present on the unit.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with the department’s standards and the relevant state and specialty practice standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the patient’s condition during admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
- Perform procedures, monitor functions, or other tasks as ordered by the medical provider and ensure thorough documentation in the medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an adverse response occurs.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
