Harvard Park Surgery Center – RN Pre‑Op & Post‑Op
We are looking for a top performer with solid knowledge of Preoperative and PACU/Recovery Nursing. This is a fast‑paced environment that is driven to achieve the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes in Denver.
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
Referral Bonus: $1,000

Required Skills & Requirements
- Current Colorado Nursing License
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2‑year experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation
- Excellent teaching skills
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
- Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatric populations
- Strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in an ASC is a plus
- Must be team‑oriented and patient‑focused
- Per Colorado Department of Public Health mandate, staff must be fully vaccinated for COVID‑19 or have an approved exemption prior to hire
