We are looking for a top performer with solid knowledge of Preoperative and PACU/Recovery Nursing. This is a fast‑paced environment that is driven to achieve the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes in Denver.

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000

Salary Range – $35,000 – $53,000 per year

Required Skills & Requirements

• Current Colorado Nursing License
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation
• Excellent teaching skills
• Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatric populations
• Strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an ASC is a plus
• Must be team‑oriented and patient‑focused
• Per Colorado Department of Public Health mandate, staff must be fully vaccinated for COVID‑19 or have an approved exemption prior to hire
