Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a Pain Management Consultant for long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role focuses on ensuring resident-centered, compliant pain management practices aligned with CMS F697 (Pain Management) F-Tag requirements.

The NP will round on residents receiving pain management interventions, particularly those taking scheduled or PRN pain medications, to ensure treatment aligns with professional standards, each resident's comprehensive care plan, and their personal goals and preferences.

This is a full-time, non-prescribing position. While routine prescribing is not required, the role may occasionally involve administering clinical pain interventions such as injections; therefore, prior experience with, or comfort performing, pain-related procedures is preferred.
