Responsibilities- Provide specialized care:
Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. - Administer medication with expertise:
Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Thorough documentation:
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. - Empower patients and families:
Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
- Competitive RN Compensation ranging from $46,800 to $105,820 annually.
- Competitive LPN Compensation ranging from $37,440 to $80,080 annually.
- Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked; the bottom range indicates little to no experience at 30 hours per week, while the top range reflects highly skilled clinicians.

- Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
- Active nursing license in good standing.

- Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Six (6) months of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Home health experience preferred.
