As a Craig RN, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to ensure holistic, individualized patient care. You’ll not only manage complex clinical needs but also educate and empower patients toward independence and long‑term wellness.

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with Craig’s standards and the ANA Code of Ethics
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care plans, goals, and long‑term self‑management techniques
• Coordinate care with team members across disciplines, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity
• Safely administer medications and monitor for efficacy and adverse effects
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Apply principles of infection prevention and patient safety to every interaction
• Supervise and delegate to unlicensed staff and students as appropriate
• Support orientation of new staff and participate in precepting when assigned
• Actively participate in Shared Governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team‑oriented unit culture

• Current Colorado RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and relevant specialty certification (CNRN or CRRN) preferred

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN required within 18 months of hire (CCNE or NLNAC‑accredited program preferred)

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Experience in neuroscience, acute medsurg, or rehabilitation strongly desired

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and trauma‑informed care
• Organized, self‑motivated, and skilled in time management
• Comfortable using EMRs and basic computer systems

Salary Range: $35.17/ Hour — $50.64/ Hour plus Shift Differentials
