- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470 - $1570

- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent PICU nursing experience
- Proficient in pediatric respiratory failure care (ETT, HFOV)
- Skilled in central line maintenance and care
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible, collaborative, and compassionate approach
- Preferred:
Post-op cardiac nursing experience and venous puncture skills
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced respiratory support and central lines
- Assist with procedures including conscious sedation and CT placement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Accurately document care and interventions using Meditech EMR
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families
- Follow unit policies, clinical guidelines, and best practices
