• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470 - $1570

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent PICU nursing experience
• Proficient in pediatric respiratory failure care (ETT, HFOV)
• Skilled in central line maintenance and care
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, collaborative, and compassionate approach
• Preferred:
  Post-op cardiac nursing experience and venous puncture skills

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced respiratory support and central lines
• Assist with procedures including conscious sedation and CT placement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Accurately document care and interventions using Meditech EMR
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families
• Follow unit policies, clinical guidelines, and best practices
