Job Title and Location

ARMStaffing is looking for RN - L&D in Denver, Colorado.

3x12 Days

Labor & Delivery.

As an L&D RN, you’ll care for patients throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process. You’ll support families during life‑changing moments while managing high‑risk situations with skill and empathy.

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist physicians and midwives during childbirth.
• Administer medications and IVs, including epidurals and Pitocin.
• Educate and support patients and families on birth plans and newborn care.
• Manage emergencies such as preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and fetal monitoring certification preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent L&D nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols and fetal monitoring interpretation.
• Calm, confident decision‑making in fast‑paced, high‑pressure situations.
