Responsible for direct patient contact primarily for the evaluation and treatment of medical and musculoskeletal pathology consistent with the scope and practice of athletic training clinical competencies as defined by the BOC and state practice acts. Job settings can include health care clinics, secondary schools, youth sports clubs, collegiate athletics, and/or professional clubs.

In addition to bringing human kindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

2 Years of athletic training experience.

Must be willing and able to travel and work irregular hours.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population including but not limited to, athletes, coaches, administrative staff, physicians, volunteers and other medical personnel.

Relevant job setting experience preferred.

Bachelors Required.

Athletic Trainer Certified.

Athletic Trainer Registration/Licensure to be obtained prior to start of athletic coverage.

BLS.

Driver's License.

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).

This is a full‑time role that works Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are interested in candidates who have experience in orthopedic and sports medicine clinics as we grow our new clinic.

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health‑care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state‑of‑the‑art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T‑10 room, a dedicated field‑to‑surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life‑saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients.
