Travel RN - Cardiovascular ICU

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring 2 years of ICU experience and a CO or compact RN license.

• Active RN license (CO or compact) required, no pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications from the American Heart Association required, certifications must not expire before start date
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 3 days per week
• Uses Epic for charting
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• May be required to take on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic treatment to support patient recovery
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this travel assignment
• Background check and drug screening required, with drug screen completion expected within 24 hours of assignment commitment
