Devotion Hospice seeks a Home Health Field RN to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes in the Denver metro area. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, plan and implement individualized plans of care, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and independence.
The ideal candidate has an active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license, with 2+ years of home health experience preferred.
