Luminos Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN/LPN to provide patient care at the residence of hospice patients on a PRN, per-visit basis. The role includes coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team and families to ensure timely, compassionate end-of-life care.
Compensation is per visit with additional training and mileage support, requiring licensure as RN or LPN and CPR certification. Two years of clinical RN/LPN experience is preferred, with hospice experience a plus.
