Hospice on-call RN

Ovation Hospice of Denver is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice On-call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will provide critical support and care to our hospice patients and their families during on-call periods, ensuring comfort and quality end-of-life care outside of regular business hours.

• Respond promptly to patient and family calls during on-call hours.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient interactions and clinical assessments accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with all hospice policies and regulatory requirements.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• Prior hospice or palliative care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work on-call shifts.

• Competitive hourly wage of $45.00, paid bi-weekly.
