Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Colorado

Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: Littleton, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 4:1 patient ratios with dedicated charge nurse support and leadership backup available 24/7
• Award-winning ALTO (Alternatives to Opioids) pain management program with 34% reduction in opioid usage
• Stable, experienced night shift team with consistent charge nurse leadership
• EMR:
  Meditech (DOS platform)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current Emergency Department hospital experience required
• Current RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS or ENPC (PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC), and TNCC certifications required
• CPI Blue Card certification required
• CEN certification and Meditech experience preferred
• High-volume emergency department experience strongly preferred
