Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

NP or PA - Clinical Support Provider in a concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice.

• Provide comprehensive clinical support including patient communication via phone, digital, and in-person, addressing acute complaints, clinical questions, and prescription management.
• Deliver advanced therapies such as Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
• Support provider team without managing own patient panel.
• Triages clinical inbox, manages procedures like infusions, injections, phlebotomy, and vein assessment.
• Educates patients on self-administered therapies.

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license with national certification and DEA prescriptive authority.
• 5-10+ years clinical experience with strong assessment and triage skills.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Procedural proficiency required; experience with TPE, HBOT, or similar therapies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and service skills, ability to educate patients, and occasional travel to regional clinics.

Salary between $110,000-$140,000 based on experience.
