Role: RN Acute Care Virtual Quality Support nurse (virtual/remote)
Key Responsibilities- Remotely monitor acute care patients from a centralized virtual setting.
- Review clinical documentation to support accuracy, completeness, and quality outcomes.
- Partner with bedside care teams to ensure adherence to care protocols, core measures, and safety standards.
- Identify care variances and escrow concerns promptly to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support real-time issue identification and problem-solving to enhance patient safety and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to a patient-first culture.
- Current RN licensure with experience in acute care.
- Strong clinical judgement, documentation review skills, and attention to patient safety.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with bedside teams.
- Proficiency with EHR and telehealth/virtual monitoring tools.
