5280 Veterinary Care was founded in 2018 by Dr. Lesley Leach and Dr. Anjuli Hein, following their successful collaboration at sister hospital Indian Tree Animal Hospital in Arvada, CO. Dr. Leach leads the 5280 Veterinary Care as Medical Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine to the practice, driven by her passion for working with pet owners to develop gold‑standard medical plans for their beloved fur families.

Founders Green Animal Hospital and Indian Tree Animal Hospital. We offer a full spectrum of veterinary services, including annual wellness care, parasite testing, diagnostics (digital radiology, in‑house lab workups), spays/neuters, general surgery, dental cleanings, and prescription nutrition.

We’re located in beautiful Denver, Colorado, nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Denver – the Mile High City offers the perfect balance of urban sophistication and outdoor adventure. • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of Colorado
