Essential Job Functions
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
- Adheres to and champions TEAM’s Core Values.
- Implements, maintains, and develops all aspects of the QMS to ensure continuous improvement throughout the assigned Division.
- Performs District assessments on performance and reporting of the effectiveness of the QMS, and as applicable, compliance with customer and/or industry-related requirements (ISO
9001, 10
CFR
50, etc.). - Ensures the resolution of non-conformances, corrective actions, customer complaints, and other issues identified through assessment actions.
- Plans and assists third-party (registrar) and customer assessments and District Internal Audits within the assigned Division.
- Works with Regional Quality Specialist to develop and implement corrective actions, performing follow-up to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction data (e.g., surveys).
- Identifies, tracks, and promotes resolution of customer issues, providing guidance to District management and Corporate QA.
- Performs District Supplier assessments in cooperation with Corporate QA to ensure compliance with quality, technical, and purchasing requirements.
- Maintains a District-approved supplier list (ASL) for “Commercial” suppliers within the assigned Division.
- Assists in creating control logs for equipment calibration and asset tracking.
- Supports completion of annual management reviews, record retention, document control, and maintenance within the Division.
- Tracks and monitors qualifications and certifications of personnel within the Division.
- Assists with contract review, planning, and scheduling.
- Maintains awareness of all applicable regulations, standards, and company policies, communicating these to personnel as needed.
- Provides training on QMS, Receipt Inspection, etc., to personnel and customers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Acts as liaison to Corporate and Regional Quality Assurance personnel.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Five or more years of relevant industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
- Travel Requirements: 0% - 25%.
Work Conditions
- Position is located at a District office but will support multiple Districts.
- Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting.
- Work hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some flexibility.
