The Leasing Consultant is responsible for implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting the apartment community’s positive image, and supporting resident programs and retention.

• Help future residents find their home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases
• Plan and attend resident functions
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

• Interested in the role responsibilities
• Attention to detail (dot your I’s and cross your T’s)
• Positive “can‑do” attitude
• Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker

• Customer service or sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
