A leading data center provider is seeking a Director of Real Estate and Site Selection to drive strategic expansion across the United States and Canada. This role involves managing site selection processes, conducting due diligence for data center development, and overseeing lease negotiations. Candidates should have over 8 years of real estate experience, preferably in the data center industry, and possess strong financial modeling and communication skills.

The salary range is $170,000 - $185,000 per year.
