Assistant Property Manager – Woodspear Properties
Woodspear Properties is seeking a full‑time Assistant Property Manager for a 276‑unit multifamily community located in Denver. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of day‑to‑day operations including leasing, marketing, rent collection, deposit accounting, accounts payable, resident relations, and general office administration.
Responsibilities- Process rent payments and deposits; perform daily input and reporting through Yardi (or similar systems); reconcile security deposits and move‑out charges; monitor aged accounts.
- Coordinate eviction and collection procedures; handle accounts payable and vendor communications.
- Prepare monthly audits and quarterly reports; maintain accurate resident and vendor files.
- Assist with leasing efforts: respond to inquiries, conduct tours, present property features, prepare leasing documentation; track renewals and expirations.
- Organize resident retention programs and events.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Yardi, On‑Site, or Avid Xchange is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must pass a background check including credit, criminal history, references, and drug screening.
Monday through Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM;
Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM; closed on Sundays.
Salary: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, plus commissions.
