• Compensation
  : $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience

• Leasing commissions paid per lease signed
• HIring bonus- $1,000: ($300 upon hire, $700 after 6 mos)

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents

• Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins

• Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)

• Support curb appeal and property presentation standards

• Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members

• Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values

• 6+ monthsof leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
  required

• Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Experience with
  Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)

• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
