• Build relationships with buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up.
• Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses.
• Manage transactions from contract to close with professionalism.
• Use NAV systems and training to grow your personal business.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000 – $190,000+ per year (Commission + Bonus)
