Job Title: EURēCA! Student Assistant in Marketing Research
Job Location/Address: CU Denver Marketing / This position is for on-campus only.
Purpose: The research assistant will conduct independent marketing field experiments that will contribute to broader team projects. This work‑study employee will collaborate with other lab members, including graduate students and the principal investigator. Learn more about Dr. Wang.

Description:
The research assistant will manage the following research activities aims at understanding the lifting experiences, including instructing participants to complete the study and recording the data.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include data collection, research administration, in‑person interviews, supporting principal investigator's research on lifting activities.
Skills and Knowledge Gained: critical thinking; state of the field technical skills; database management; facility with software; confidence conducting research; communication skills
Minimum Qualifications: strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to work independently, previous lab experience, written or oral communication skills, working knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications: strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to work independently, previous lab experience, written or oral communication skills, working knowledge of Excel
Position Commitment: 25 (but can be discussed and is dependent on work-study)
Preferred Work Times: Monday to Thur 10am to 4pm

This position is available for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, employment may continue g’s discretion. Please reach out to helen.wang with any questions. If both mentor and mentee agree, students can apply to continue with EURēCA! for a second year.
Work‑study is required for this position
- First complete FAFSA or CASFA and confirm work‑study eligibility with the CU Denver Financial Aid office.
- Once confirmed, attach email from Financial Aid stating potential work‑study eligibility.
- Following interview and position offers, the EURēCA! Office will provide Work‑study Authorization forms to confirm final work‑study award amounts.
