Restaurant Manager – McDonald’s
This position is for a Restaurant Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters;
McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, or other employment decisions. This role will be conducted under the franchisee’s policies.

Requirements• 2 years of management experience
- The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring compliance with the critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Works with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to build the right future leadership team.
- Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience at high‑volume locations, preferably in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
