Line Cook – Water Grill
As a line cook, you will execute multiple tickets throughout the shift with focus on preparation, plate presentation, and timeliness in a high‑energy kitchen. Our kitchen standards emphasize consistency, recipe adherence, and quality control to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable seafood experience.
Water Grill is a seafood destination known for its fresh catch and innovative menu. Since 1989, we’ve delivered remarkable experiences through unwavering devotion to seafood and service. Our guests enjoy raw bars, saltwater tanks, and dining with live spiny lobsters and king crabs.

- Prepare necessary food items for meal periods and upcoming service
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Cook for scheduled meal periods
- Alert chef or sous‑chef to any deficiencies in food items
- Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities
- Follow supervisor’s instructions
- Minimum age 18 years old
- High‑school graduate
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant cook
- Food Handlers Card
- Ability to communicate verbally in English with management and coworkers
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques required to prepare menu items
- Thorough understanding of menu and special items, including preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards
- Knowledge of proper maintenance and use of food serving and preparation equipment
- Ability to comprehend food orders
