$20.00/hr – $22.00/hr

We’re hiring full‑time Baristas to serve specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and handle orders and payments while providing unforgettable customer experiences.

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Count, organize, and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip, and make deposits.
• Adhere to Aramark’s cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar, stations, or store, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab‑and‑go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification required.

This role may require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
