Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, locally known as Elitch's, is an amusement park in Denver, Colorado. It is owned by Stanley Kroenke and operated by Premier Parks, LLC. Elitch Gardens is unique in that it is located in a downtown area and is open May through October. The amusement park offers rides, games, food & beverages, and a water park is included.

Ride Operators are responsible for operating and attending rides for adults and/or children, reading and speaking ride safety instructions, enforcing height requirements and maintaining ride capacity logs.

• Greet and provide guests with courteous service. Assist guests as needed with questions, comments, and concerns. Inform guests of, and enforce ride safety requirements and park policies.
• Operate rides as trained and according to Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
• Maintain constant focus and attention on guests and rides while in operation.
• Maintain park cleanliness with specific attention to assigned location(s).
• Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with guests and fellow team members effectively.
• Some positions require working at elevated heights and standing for extended periods of time.
• Required to work in various weather conditions.
• Available to work overtime if over 18 years of age.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail.
• Requires ability to stand and walk eight to ten hours for the shift.
• Requires constant kneeling, bending, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
• Requires constant lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
• Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with assistance of a two‑wheel hand truck.
• Possess 20/20 corrected vision (corrective lens, if required, must be worn while on duty).
• Possess normal or average corrected hearing. If a corrective device is needed to achieve this range, it must be worn while on duty.

Food Service Team Member is responsible for providing guests with excellent service and quality food in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.

• Communicate with guests and other employees effectively.
• Properly operate cash register in accordance with all cash handling procedures.
• Required to pour sodas, prepare, and serve food.
• Ensure clean and sanitary work area at all times including, but not limited to: sweeping, wiping tables, picking up and disposing of trash.
• If required to cook you must be able to properly serve and cook any needed food.
• Foresee changes in product need and levels during peak and slow times.
• Work in an orderly and timely fashion when cooking for guests and/or catered events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times.
• Must maintain proper attendance and promptness.

Life Guard:
Provides a safe environment for all park guests while watching various bodies of water in a theme park environment.
