JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are hiring experienced Prep Cook. Pay depends on experience :
We are looking for candidates with strong prep and line experience, and prefer a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen.
Weekend availability is required.
DUTIESPrepare and cook menu items in a timely manner. Perform station functions on flattop, grill and pantry. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift.
Identify and Communicate potential issues with all co-workers : management, back of house and front of house.
Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Complete required training.
