Position open until 01/30/2026 or until filled. Must work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities- Set up, mix, serve, and clean the bar while maintaining quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following company guidelines, procedures, and safety controls.
- Handle all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner.
- Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in accordance with company policies.
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
- Know and comply with state liquor laws.
- Maintain established pars and meet sidework schedules.
Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
Experience6 months bartending experience.
Knowledge & SkillsMust be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Physical Demands- Lifting trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc., 20–40 lbs.;
Pushing carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar 50–100 lbs. - Bending and kneeling to lower cabinets and lift trays.
- Mobility required to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.
- Continuous standing required to service guest functions (100% of scheduled shift).
- Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of 8‑hour shift.
- No driving required.
- Ability to run records and handle special requests.
- Must perform multiple tasks simultaneously and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must be highly organized and pay attention to detail in crowded, noisy situations.
- Use tact and understanding when dealing with various customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
- Ability to accurately count cash and operate a cash register.
Physically strenuous: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the entire shift.
