Experience with European Cuisine. Bohemian Biergarten is looking for a strong communicator to join our established team while working in a high volume, fast paced environment. We hope you show an in-depth knowledge of stations on the line, equipment and processes. Strong leadership and management are a must in order to delegate tasks to ensure smooth service and kitchen operations.

We are seeking an Executive Chef with a passion for and experience in European cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of regional flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods, alongside the creativity to craft innovative interpretations while honoring authenticity.

• Minimum of 3-4+ years’ experience working in a similar volume-based business
• Experience with European Cuisine
• Must have management experience
• Must possess consistent and stable work experience & encompass the desire to operationally support the business as an individual contributor and leader
• Must encompass Food Serve Safe certification and have experience with local sanitation regulations

• Lead the team on the line during service
• Preparation and excellent knowledge of quality food operations
• Manage production, preparation and presentation of all menu items
• Able to train and lead all stations in a kitchen
• Ability to create weekly specials and new menu items for seasonal menu changes

• Exceptional cooking skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead the kitchen in daily tasks
• Ability to effectively manage the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties fairly
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
