Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
An inspirational leader who ensures daily kitchen operations success. The Executive Chef will deliver high quality food, supervise staff, meet budget and food safety mandates.
Leading Culinary Operation- Lead daily culinary production, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.
- Design menu development, create seasonal specials, and source fresh ingredients.
- Supervise cooks, coordinate food preparation, and enforce sanitation standards.
- Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards.
- Manage department expenses, including food cost and supplies.
- Develop and implement purchasing guidelines and controls.
- Analyze financial information to adjust labor and operating costs.
- Oversee food inventory and scheduling based on forecasted volumes.
- Deliver 100% resident satisfaction through training and engagement.
- Communicate service expectations and coach employees.
- Respond to guest problems and improve resident feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings and establish performance goals.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback.
- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
- A.S. or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
- Hands‑on chef experience and knowledge of food trends.
- Serv Safe certified (highly desirable).
