Clayton is a catalyst for community and connection. A local experience with a global perspective, constantly evolving the way we travel, gather, and live. Between our highly-anticipated events and Clayton collaborators bringing their individual brands of creativity to the Clayton experience, you’re always in good company here.

About the Role:

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring pastry cooks, fostering creativity, and maintaining consistency across multiple outlets. You understand both the artistic and business sides of pastry operations and are equally comfortable developing new menu items, managing food costs, and supporting banquet and hotel operations.
