- Provide in‑store selling and education to store management and staff, ensuring the achievement of overall territory sales targets across Sephora, Ulta, and Department Stores.
- Contribute to the development of the Clarins brand by utilizing all available tools to achieve sales targets and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives, ensuring in‑store visual presentation adheres to company standards.
- Educate management and beauty coaches on Clarins products and applications, conducting Clarins education seminars.
- Collaborate with Department Managers, Counter Managers, and Store Managers to assess brand performance, set goals, and develop plans to address any sales shortfalls.
- Represent the Clarins brand by planning and participating in events to drive retail sales.
- Provide weekly recaps to stores on sales and performance, and outline action plans for the upcoming week focusing on store support, events, and sales initiatives.
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.

- Curious and driven to learn continuously, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum 4‑6 years of successful in‑store sales experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; adept at excellent communication and organizational skills, plus teamwork ability.
- Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines.
- Hybrid office model.

- Compensation in the range of $75,000.
