American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace. As a Merchandiser you will play a vital role in helping people celebrate holidays and life’s special moments by displaying and maintaining our product assortment across multiple retail locations.

• The starting pay is $18.90 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment.
• After 6 months the pay rate increases to $20.00.
• After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate increases to $21.00.

This route will service retail locations at 10406 E Martin Luther King Blvd, Denver, CO 80238. The weekly average hours are 4 hours per week, with potential increase to an average of 8 hours around holidays.

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying items in greeting card departments, and maintaining organized backroom areas.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions or concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime business hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours leading up to major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company‑issued tablet.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation and internet.
• Technological competency to learn and use a company‑provided tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekends and the days before and after major holidays.

Work on the sales floor and backstock room: lift, pull, carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday. A step stool may be used.
