Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, carry out financial transactions, and are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. This role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
