• Meet or exceed retail and service sales goals, guest loyalty, omni‑channel sales, and store shrink targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet guests, personalize service, answer questions, promote promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle transactions, refunds, exchanges and support online orders.
• Perform makeup, skin‑care analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in‑store events.
• Stay knowledgeable about new products and ingredients.
• Maintain punctual attendance and a professional appearance.

• Support an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Share benefits of the guest loyalty program and the Ulta Beauty app.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow store business.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
• Follow dress code and loss‑prevention best practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Perform merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory, and shipment processing.
• Pursue operational excellence and execute tasks directed by management.

• High school diploma preferred.

• 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS, Apple devices).
• Strong customer relationships.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Continuous mobility throughout the store.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting.
• Continuous agility and manipulation of objects.
• Possibly lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay range: $19.29 – $24.50 per hour. Full‑time positions include paid time off and benefits; part‑time positions include dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Overtime eligible as required by law.
